Explore and experience one of the most beautiful and creative cities of Europe on a 2h30 walk passing by its urban art scenery. This initiation-tour is open to anybody who wants to discover Lisbon for the first time or wants to dig into this vivid city through an artistic and fun way, may it be as a street art hunter, -lover, or -wanna-be... It brings people together from all over the world. Our tour is a walking tour, during which we show and explain different styles and techniques as well as (inter)national artists throughout a patchwork of streets, alleys and squares of Lisbon; from the roots of graffiti to the multitude of the urban art scene. We highlight the political, economic, and social issues that give rise to Lisbon’s street art and graffiti scenery. Based on the edu-tainment principle, the tour is meant to be fun as you learn something new. In addition to the art, you’ll also learn about the history of Lisbon and its neighbourhoods… just by reading the walls and exploring legal and illegal pieces all around.

Itinerary

We will focus on the neighbourhoods of Mouraria and Graça. From the multicultural though also traditional area with many historical elements. Up to the bohemian and vibrant neighbourhood of Graça full of incredible art as much as delicious restos and bars, along with some of the most stunning street (art) views in town !
